Clinics
In a group of 6 to 12 riders, learn and practice bike-handling skills in a low-consequence environment (a parking lot or grassy field). You won’t be forced to do anything outside of your personal risk tolerance. You’ll build the neural pathways (muscle memory) and confidence that will carry you down the trail. Clinics end with a lap or two on the trail to apply your new skills.

Private Lessons
Each private lesson is custom-designed for you. I’ll meet you wherever you are—zero judgement!—and help you progress in your mental and physical skills. The process begins with skills assessment and goal setting. Depending on your level and needs, it may include drills, practice on a pump track, training in the skills park, or sessioning on a specific trail or feature of your choice.

Small-group lessons
Ideal for groups of friends who frequently ride together, this format provides similar instruction to clinics, but in a small-group environment with more individualized coaching. Instruction will be tailored to the group’s level and needs. You’ll also learn tips for training together and providing each other with external feedback so learning continues long after the formal lesson concludes.
3 hours | $500 for 2-3 riders
or $135 per rider for 4-6 riders
NICA/GRiT
Whether you’re a group of NICA moms considering (but not sure about) becoming Level 1 coaches or a group of coaches learning to serve the specific coaching needs (physiological, mental, and emotional) of your female riders, this format is designed to complement and support the NICA and GRiT programming. *It is NOT a NICA program, though I am also a NICA head coach.
