Meet Your Coach
“I’m passionate about building confidence, especially in women and girls. My sweet spot is coaching beginners, road riders transitioning to mountain biking, and anyone struggling to overcome fear or the trauma from a past crash. I love riding with and coaching dudes, too! But in my own experience, I found that learning from a female coach gave me an extra boost of self-belief: If she can do it, I can too! ”

Clinics, small-group
and private lessons
Choose from a variety of skills classes for women and girls (co-ed options available upon request!). If you’re new, start with MTB Fundamentals. Then progress through an a la carte selection of classes on specific skills such as cornering, climbing, descending, and rock features. You can also earn basic bike-maintenance skills, like how to fix a flat. Private and small-group classes are also available, tailored to each group’s needs.
Choose Your Adventure
Clinics
In a group of up to 12 students, you’ll learn and practice fundamental skills in a low-risk, low-consequence environment (a parking lot or grassy field). Once you’ve developed the “muscle memory” and confidence, you’ll apply those skills on an appropriate trail.
3 hours | $150 per rider
Small-group
lessons
Ideal for small groups of riders with similar skills and fitness levels, this format is customized to your group’s abilities and goals. It can involve “sessions” on specific trails and features after skills drills. It includes video analysis and tips for giving each other feedback after the lesson.
2-3 hours | $125/hour per rider (2-4 riders) $100/hour per rider (5-6 riders)
Private lessons
5-Pack (NEW)
A private lesson begins with a phone call to discuss your needs and goals. We’ll agree on the best location to meet for those particular goals. A one-hour lesson starts with an on-bike skills assessment and progresses to a sequence of foundational skills drills in a low-risk, off-trail environment. If you choose a 2-hour lesson, we’ll spend the second hour applying those skills in a “progression session” in a skills park or on the trail.
1-2 hours | $150/hour
Sports psychologists say, “Practice makes permanent.” Offering the highest degree of personal coaching and feedback, this format allows you a week or two to practice foundational skills before leveling up with a more challenging progression. It includes “homework”—readings, videos, and other resources to maximize learning before during, and after the lesson. It also includes video analysis during the lesson and photos of your ride to print or share on social media at no extra cost.
5-lesson pack | $650 ($100 savings)
